Delivery Method

Music files will be available to download in multiple file formats of graduated sound quality, at graduated pricing. You may choose the format that best suits your expectation of sound quality. Files will be larger as the sound quality increases. As the files grow larger, the time it takes to download them will increase. These music files will be playable via a computer music server through a sound system.

Files of the highest sound quality will be delivered to the client on DVD-R discs via the United States Postal system. They will be mailed to the client within three business days of our receipt of the order. These discs will not be playable on any format disc player directly – they are intended to be uploaded onto a computer music server and played through a sound system from the computer music server.

Return Policy

Downloads:

There will be a File Format Test Page for the purpose of the client verifying that a particular file format will play on their individual computer. It will be the responsibility of the client to determine the proper file for use on their individual computer using the File Format Test Page. If the format plays successfully from the File Format Test Page files of that format will play on the client's computer and no returns will be accepted based on files of a particular format not playing on the client’s computer.

Once purchase is verified, the client will gain access to the download area for that individual music title in that individual file format.

In the event of download interruption or incomplete download, Unipheye Music, LLC will provide the client access for a single subsequent download session of the same file within three business days of the client’s report of an incomplete file download.

Damage To Sound Systems or Computers

As part of the aesthetics chosen in the production of our recordings, Unipheye Music, LLC uses no devices that limit the volume of our recordings (how loud they get). Unipheye Music, LLC will not, in any way, be responsible for damage to any component in a sound system used to play back our recordings or a computer. Play them at your own risk. You may choose to play them through once, at a lower volume control setting than you typically listen with, in order to determine where the loudest sound passages are and the correct playback volume setting for an individual recording.
